Nick was a huge help from start to finish. We got connected on Zillow as we were checking out potential lots to build on in the Bend area. He put us in touch with builders, lenders, etc. and actually helped us come to the conclusion that we did not want to build. Instead, we found a great house that had everything we wanted. He helped us navigate the community rules, STR information and even the promotion of the property after we bought it. Nick is a thoughtful, diligent partner in the home buying process - would 10/10 recommend.

Nick helped me buy my first home in Bend, Oregon and was amazing through the whole process. He was patient while I checked out several listings and knew exactly what I was looking for so nothing was a waste of time. In the end, the property we wanted was a bit of a financing hassle (out of our control) and Nick was very helpful and patient throughout that process as well.
