Nick was a huge help from start to finish. We got connected on Zillow as we were checking out potential lots to build on in the Bend area. He put us in touch with builders, lenders, etc. and actually helped us come to the conclusion that we did not want to build. Instead, we found a great house that had everything we wanted. He helped us navigate the community rules, STR information and even the promotion of the property after we bought it.
